eSIM QR Code Won't Scan: Causes and Fixes

If your eSIM QR code will not scan, raise the brightness on the screen showing it, hold the camera steady at a sensible distance, or use manual entry with the activation details from your dashboard.

Fixes

Increase brightness on the device displaying the QR code.
Clean the camera lens and hold steady about 20 cm away.
Display the code larger, or print it.
Use Enter Details Manually with the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
