eSIM QR Code Won't Scan: Causes and Fixes
If your eSIM QR code will not scan, raise the brightness on the screen showing it, hold the camera steady at a sensible distance, or use manual entry with the activation details from your dashboard.
Fixes
- Increase brightness on the device displaying the QR code.
- Clean the camera lens and hold steady about 20 cm away.
- Display the code larger, or print it.
- Use Enter Details Manually with the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
Note
Each QR code is usually single use. If it was already installed once, it will not scan again, so contact support. See manual activation.
