Cancellation Policy

Simnity sells eSIMs and eSIM top-ups, which are digital products provisioned and delivered electronically, in most cases instantly after payment. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled.


When a cancellation is possible
  • An order can be cancelled only if the eSIM has not yet been issued or activated, and your request reaches us before the eSIM is provisioned from our supplier.

  • If a payment is successful but provisioning fails and no eSIM is issued (our supplier is not charged), the order is treated as cancelled automatically and the amount is credited back to your Simnity wallet or refunded in line with our Refund Policy.


When a cancellation is not possible
  • Once an eSIM has been issued, delivered, or activated, the order cannot be cancelled, because the plan has already been purchased from our supplier on your behalf and the digital product has been delivered.

  • Top-ups cannot be cancelled once they have been applied to an eSIM.


How to request a cancellation

To request a cancellation before your eSIM is issued, contact us immediately at contact@simnity.com with your order number. We will action eligible requests as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Approved cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to your Simnity wallet or the original payment method.
