At Simnity, we take your data privacy seriously. In compliance with global regulations like GDPR and CCPA, we provide a clear and secure path for users to request the permanent deletion of their personal information and account data.
How to Request Data Deletion
To ensure the security of your account and prevent accidental deletion, all requests are processed manually by our privacy team. Please use one of the following methods:
1. Open a Support Ticket (Fastest)
Log in to your Simnity Dashboard.
On the left-hand sidebar, click on Open Ticket.
Select the category "Account / Privacy."
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name].
Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 24–48 hours.
2. Email Our Privacy Office
Send an email from your registered Simnity address to contact@simnity.com.
Please include your account username and a brief statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Once your request is verified, Simnity will perform a permanent purge of the following data from our active systems:
Identity Data: Your full name, email, and any uploaded KYC documents.
Connectivity Data: eSIM activation logs, ICCIDs, and EID mapping.
Communication Logs: Your entire support ticket history and referral data.
Regulatory Retention
Please note that as a regulated telecommunications provider, Simnity is legally required to retain certain financial and transaction records (invoices and tax data) for a period of 5–7 years, depending on the jurisdiction. This data is moved to an encrypted, "cold storage" environment and is never used for marketing purposes.
