Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your Simnity account at any time directly in the app: Profile → Security → Delete Account, or by emailing contact@simnity.com with the subject "Delete my account".
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including your name, email address, phone number, postal address, and any KYC or identity documents you uploaded.
For legal and tax compliance, we retain transaction records such as purchases, payments, and eSIM orders in anonymised form for the period required by applicable law. These records are no longer linked to your personal identity.
To request deletion from the web, email contact@simnity.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process your request.
