Payment Data: We use encrypted Tier-1 payment processors (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Device Info: EID (Embedded Identity Document), ICCID, and device model.
Network Logs: Data usage volume, connection timestamps, and roaming country location.

How to Delete: You must log in to your Simnity Dashboard and Open a Support Ticket under the "Account/Privacy" category.
Timeline: Once the ticket is verified, our privacy team will purge your identifiable data within 24–48 hours.
Note: Legal financial records (invoices) will remain in encrypted cold storage as required by law.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to analyze site traffic. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though some features of the Simnity platform may become unavailable if cookies are disabled.
