Shipping and Delivery Policy
Simnity sells eSIMs, which are digital products. There is no physical shipment and no shipping or delivery charges.
How your eSIM is delivered
Immediately after a successful payment, your eSIM (QR code and activation details) is delivered electronically to your registered email address and is also available in your Simnity account and the mobile app.
Delivery is typically instant. In rare cases it may take up to a few minutes to process.
If you have not received your eSIM
If your eSIM does not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, please check your email spam or junk folder, then contact us at contact@simnity.com and our support team will resolve it promptly.
Activation
Installation and activation instructions are provided with your eSIM and in our setup guide. Activation timing depends on your travel dates and the selected plan.
